Baby Simira is a hyperrealistic, full-term neonatal skills trainer created to help clinicians practice critical moments after birth: airway management, resuscitation, and vascular access.

SIMira mirrors the weight, texture, and fragility of a real newborn. Every detail is designed to let learners experience the tactile and emotional reality of caring for a baby who needs immediate support.

Important Note:
SIMira is a post-delivery neonatal trainer. She is not designed for use in birthing simulators or live obstetric scenarios.

Care & Maintenance

SIMira should be treated with the same care as a real infant to preserve realism and longevity.

Cleaning

Wipe with warm soapy water after use.

Disinfect with ≤ 70 % isopropyl alcohol.

Do not immerse fully in water.

Always insert a pacifier or pinch the nose during cleaning to prevent fluid entry into the airway.

Drying & Storage

Pat dry, then air dry or use a cool hair-dryer setting.

Apply a light dusting of baby powder before storage.

Store flat, in a cool dry place away from sunlight.

Repairs
Minor surface marks or tears can be repaired using the supplied MedicFX Silicone Repair Kit.

Designed for medical faculties, neonatal units, and simulation centres that require a durable, realistic trainer for repeated procedural practice, SIMira bridges the technical precision technicians need with the psychological realism educators demand.

Warranty:  Simovation warrants that the products supplied will be of good quality and reasonably fit for the purpose(s) mentioned in the descriptions. All products that are faulty or damaged need to be notified, with a photo of the damage, within a week after receiving the products. If the damage or fault is due to fabrication, the faulty product can be returned and repaired, replaced, or refunded.
